Job description
To assist in expanding our HRO Practice, we are looking for a resource with experience in HRO Operations in back-office operationsRole & responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of HR outsourcing services to clients, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded
- Strong experience in following area in Shared service or Outsourcing set-up for clients:
- Talent Acquisition
- Talent Development
- Employee Support & Data Management
- Global Mobility
- Payroll and Compensation
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
- Understand client business objectives, needs and develop strategies to address them
- Serve as escalation point of contact for concerns, work with internal teams to resolve them efficiently
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to clients
- Manage a cross-functional team of HR service delivery professionals, driving operational excellence and high-quality outcomes through digital levers
- Collaborate with sales and client Partners for new opportunities solution and presentations
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resource
- 12 to 15 + years of progressive experience in HR outsourcing, service delivery management, or HR operations
- Proven experience in a shared service or third-party support Industry preferred.
